} but still won't work each member wants different color for name glow but it's hard to do name glow

Hi,
Replace the # with the ID of the account you wish to give a glowing username to. You can find the ID by visiting the profile and then looking at the number at the end of the URL.
You can also change the HEX colour code and pixels of the glow.

I believe that the usergroup color will override the CSS code.
