Litigation (urgent)

I am being slandered and harass in a forumotion board. I have complained before and you guys sent copy to the owner of the board, which made the problem worst. I have filled another complaint but I have not validated it because I am afraid what this guy can do and the situation turn worst. I did said I wanted to remain anonymous

I wish I could talk about this with an authority in Forumotion so we can resolve this.

It is difficult since they have more that 20 pages talking about me and my family.

The forum is in spanish so I dont know if someone in the staff knows spanish.

I wish to resolve this TODAY. I tried to PM a moderator but I can't and did not want to make this public but had no other choice. Someone help.

If you are sending the report to forumtion litigation then it will only go to them and not the forums owner/founder

No it dose not.
The only reports that will go to the owner is if you use the report abuse tag on the bottom of their forum. If you are sending it through forumtion then it will only go to litigation and no one else.

Since you are getting a validation link, then that is telling me you are indeed sending it to forumtion litigation. Once again litigation are the only ones who will recive it, not the forums founder.

Yes if that is the forum you are reporting then it is validating/confirming your report.now when litigations recive the report they will investigate and and take any actions they feel nessary .
