Forum Widget positioning problem

Hi everybody  

i am having a problem with widget. when i apply those widget the width of the middle column gets shrunk. and also the widgets title is not clearly visible. Lastly sometimes when i put numbers more then 180 pixel the theme gets changed. How do i position the widget in the leftmost so that middle column's width remain constant and how do i make its title visible or change its color??
