This is a simple tutorial but you don''t try to search just go in Administration Panel -> Display -> Colors -> CSS Stylsheet and add this code

}

Replace /u1 with user link and IMAGE HERE with your own image.

 with user link u mean just type the name of the user ? as if it was u just "candy_fear" ?
