Possibly a Cookies issue? New pots/new topics not working correctly

Good morning all.

Could anyone offer some advice with 3 minor points?  Thanks in advance.

Recently some members on my forum have commented that they are experiencing problems with the New Post/No New Post icons not updating properly next to each of the boards on the main page.

Also, a member says they click on "New Posts since last visit" and nothing is displayed - yet on reading the forum there has been new activity.

Finally(!) another member says they receive their PMs twice.

If anyone could point me in the direction of some guidance I'd be grateful.  Many thanks.

Can you post a link to your forum so we may have some insight? Also you might want to try resynchronizing your forum and see if that clears up any of the bugs you're currently experiencing.

Go to..

Admin Panel > General > Forum > Configuration

Scroll to the very bottom and tick 'Resynchronize your forum' then hit save.
