bwi I try to create a thread but it doesn't work..

I also want to know where to change my forum post

Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.
What happens when you try to create a new topic? You need to explain more about your problem.

When ever I post a thread it just refreshes the page and it Dosent say post sucessful
