Smiley not animating? Empty Smiley not animating?

I saved an animation as a .gif and uploaded it into the smileys section, however when I click on it on the chatbox, it isn't animated.
Any help?

What about when you post it in a message. Have you tried seeing if its anamited in the message or in a post. Also what is the link on the image you used. As well as forum URL and forum type.
