Award-like(point) system with text message

Hullo everyone!~
In discuz type forums there's an option that let all the members give awards to the members of the forum and they can add a little personal message there too.

How it looks like:



Would it be possible to have something like that on forumotion forums?
Like when people "like" or "thank" a post they could add a little message there and it would appear in the post they rated.

It would be even better if they could add simple points and choose the amount they wanna give.
Do you think it's possible to have something like that on a forumotion forum? If so, could anyone help me, please?
