when I was posting my link to my forum address to facebook it keep sayng something

Thats an issue on facebooks end, That Link Juicyads in not in a topic but could be in an ad on your fourm and Its blocked by face book What you can do is use a url shortner such as TinyURl and  shrink The url your trying to post and then update your face book with the tiny URL!
