I found this similar to what you were looking for:

Don't really know the the name so I checked the selectors to look up information on it. If you want to find more stuff just search 'facebook w2bslikebox' That blog entry supplied some sufficient information though.

It may work, this is part of the source I grabbed from the forum you linked above. Quite similar to what was supplied in that blog.
