And now your chances are zero;

You do not ask, you are asked upon, from Sanket, if there is a need, and after a staff meeting, where the majority votes for you, over other people.
Also that warning takes away any remaining chances. Sorry.

It does say in the rules that if you have a warning then you won't be accepted as a staff member. Occasionally (well in the past) for some positions such as Graphic Designer and Reviewer they have held applications to apply but I don't think the staff have done anything in recent times like this.

The thread SethC has pointed out is something you can read.

Hello!

The topic supplied by Seth should explain to you how and when we choose new staff members. However, I will just clarify if the topic isn't clear enough.

Members are selected by us staff if we feel that they are suitable to join the team. Of course, not everyone is suitable. Therefore, if we see someone that we think will do a good job then will we directly contact that person ourselves. That person is free to accept or refuse our offer.

On other occasions, there may be an announcement saying that we are specifically looking for new staff members. This will be for either the review or graphics team; never for support moderators. In this situation, the team leader will probably ask for applications to be submitted via private message. From there on, us staff review these applications and decide who are the most suitable candidates.

While it is great that you are interested, please note that it is pointless to send us private messages specifically requesting for a position here. I hope this has made it clear to you, and to other members.

I will leave this topic open for any questions members may have with regards to joining the team.

Thanks,

Base
