Users unable to add information to profiles

The users of my forum have complained that they are able to write their information in their profiles but when they click save the information is not displayed in their profile. It's a new forum, and I have been able to edit and save my own profile.

Try doing this as this can sometimes sort out little bugs like this. ACP --> General --> Configuration --> Resynchronize your forum :--> Check Box --> Save

Then ask them if they're having issues editing their profile.

I've re-sync'd the forum and she's still saying it's not saving her profile info

Also, I've tried to edit hers as Admin and it works, and I also set up a new member without any admin or mod powers, and I seem to be able to save on that one...

Try asking her to clear her cache+cookies on her web browser as I once had this issue and it worked. Also try clearing the forum cookies by clicking the link at the bottom, ask her to do both of these as this can often solve these issues. Other than that I'm honestly not sure.
