Free Domain Renewal Empty Free Domain Renewal

My site has had a free domain for a few years, activity is good and number of users increases every year.  I'm getting a message that my domain expires in 29 days but no option for free renewal as has been done in the past.

Hi,

Free domain names and renewals are given out. However nobody exactly knows the requirements for one. It is obviously related to activity and activity points etc. However only the technicians and seniors of FM will know how many and for obvious reasons they don't share the number. So even though you have been given one in the past...it doesn't mean you'll get one in the future.
