    Hello.
    Can I upload a theme from a site such as http://www.awesomestyles.com/phpbb3-styles (no advertising) 

    I download a theme from the site awesomestyles b    ut do not know which file to upload

    Those themes are not for forumotion. Those are for PhpBB3 sites that are from that specific software. All softwares that are provided by Forumotion are heavily modified and are not the same as those softwares. So trying to use one of those themes will not work for your forumotion forum.
