Enabling widget titles?

The titles of my widgets do not appear above their contents. I believe somewhere in the AP it says you can enable them, but there isn't an option I can see for doing so? I would post a screenshot, but I can't send an external link.

The theme you're using has hidden the titles. Add the following code to your stylesheet :
Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and colors > Colors > CSS stylesheet
