how to move Global announcement on the top

How do i move my announcement on the top of all topic Please

Hello iyaaz,

It would not be possible to move the announcements to where you want, at least not from any options on the panel. You can of course try this :
Administration Panel > General > Messages and email > Configuration

Find 'Separate announcements and stickies from the messages', choose 'With a table' and save.

This will separate the announcements from the regular messages with another table.
