Solved Round insides

Post by Pizza Boi on Sun Feb 23 2014, 08:08

Hi:wouhou:

I was wondering how you can make the insides round since I managed to make the edge in that design with this code?

Code:
tbody, table.forumline, tr, nowrap {
-webkit-border-radius: 15px;
-moz-border-radius: 15px;
border-radius: 15px;
}

The one I'm talking about is in the table.forumline and if it's possible, can someone tell me what ID I could chunk out so I only have the proper ID's in that code?

Thank you ^^.

Yes you can!

With a 4px rounded it will look like this:

If you want it like this then add the below code in your css:
Code:
.forumline .row1, .forumline .row2, .forumline .row3, .forumline .row3Right {border-radius:4px;}

and with a 10px rounded like this:

If you want it like this then add the below code in your css:
Code:
.forumline .row1, .forumline .row2, .forumline .row3, .forumline .row3Right {border-radius:10px;}

Hi Very Happy

Sorry, but that's not what I'm aiming for :o... I was thinking of td.row1 and td.row3.over having lower right and lower left rounded edges, not all the ID's Smile.

If someone can provide me anything, even a hint in the templates, then I may be able to make it myself and provide the answers ^_^.

Well if you check in templates of viewtopic_body you should be able to find a td row1 and td row3 in there and name them as a <div class="NAME">td row something </div> and then add in your css .NAME {commands}

Hi Very Happy

Pardon? Yes, that would be possible; however, that would generally affect everything since they still belong in the same class Smile...

I tried transforming it into transparent though it still showed a black portion in the forum :/.

Any help would be cool~

Hello Pizza Boi,

phpbb2, with all its tables and hardly any class names it can be a bit difficult to achieve, at least without editing the templates. If you do not mind too many rounded corners I suppose this would suffice :
Code:
.forumline, tbody, tr, td {
  border-radius:15px;
}
th, .catHead {
  border-radius:15px 15px 0px 0px;
}

Hi Very Happy

I agree, that's why this one's quite difficult. I'd gladly use any other version but the current most flexible for me is phpBB2.

Also, as for the code you provided, it's the same one as Marios provided, but seeing as it's not what I wanted, I guess I can live with the fact that my problem isn't solvable at the moment Smile.

Thank you all for the help though Smile.

You can lock this now!
