Just as a notification, Fmcodes will be in maintenance for some days because I am currently working on a partial re-styling of the design and of the discussion sections available. We will try to be back even more active than before Wink

for the coming soon grand re-opening of the old community of coders "FMCodes", we are looking for new members to build our team. The community has 1150 members, who have published over 12,000 posts and are ready to reopen with a new design and concept.

We are looking for :

Expert members in coding (Javascript, jQuery, CSS, HTML) and possibly also in server-side languages (Php, MySQL).
Moderators for our coding help and graphics/management sections
Graphic designers & Web designers

 Team members will have early access to the forum which will be live very soon.

The past: FMCodes community

It was Monday 26 Mar 2012 when after many evolutions of our community we reached the final state. The new design that @Mathias and I imported from IPBoard was finally ready to see the light, and FMCodes was finally opened.

Many team members have been with us, among which we would like to remember some of the most important for the life our community:
The very first acknowledgement goes to Mathias, my partner in crime without whom this project would have never seen the light. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Nick and LGforum for the Forum Managers - Sir Chivas, ddoesmc and YoshiGM in the support moderators team - and GENJI WATANABE, Th1nK and REXR in the graphic designers team. But of course a huge thanks to all the Team members that spent their energies with us!

The future: FMCodes (2022)

But the more is yet to come, and it is now - with the re-launch of the new and modern version of our community, that is now open and available to host many webmasters and forumers from all over the world! Hug

We put a lot of passion into re-designing the new version, starting from the ashes of the former design before it was leaked on the web and on Forumotion. For this, I would also like to thank @mihai and @Varlot, which supported me in the development of the new design and version of the community - their feedbacks and help have been extremely helpful!

 Another goal we (sadly) achieved was the worth of our former domain name fmcodes.com - its value increased up to almost 6.000$ Shocked

It was a huge goal achieved thanks to all our Forum members, but because of this we had to redirect our attention towards a new custom brand domain name Blush

So it was time for www.fmcodes.net to rise! Heart eyes

Contest workflow

The contest will have a duration of two weeks, organized in this way:

Sunday, 29th January - Begin of Application week
The contest is announced, you can submit your community to the contest.
- If you already have a topic in the community promotion section, just check the example to be sure you have provided all the information, and reply to your topic saying you want to participate!
- If you have never opened a topic for your forum, check the example and open a new topic to promote your discussion!
Sunday, 5th February H.24.00 - Begin of Voting week
You will have time until Sunday 5th February (midnight CET timezone) to submit your forum proposal. Once midnight is passed, we will turn into voting mode

On the contest page you will see all the entries for the contest.

You only have to open the tab of your community, share the link with your members and fans - and invite them to vote for you!
Sunday 12th February - H.20 Winner election
