    First topic message reminder :

    Hi My forum  http://dhwani.mytvsoapforum.com/ is facing some problems from mid morning (IST) ..The BBcode editor panel has disappeared and there is no editor panel plus it is taking very long time to load ... I tried Firefox, chrome as well as explorer n faced the same issues..please rectify ..

    I am getting complaints from my members as well..

    My forum was ok first thing this morning and now won't load again... this issue has been on going for 4 days now, and i'm getting very frustrated with this service, i paid to have a url and ad removal, but the slowness in fixing this particular problem has become a bit of a joke.
    Sorry if i sound a bit harsh, but 4 days so far for the so called Techs to fix the problem which is not solved is not encouraging.

    We apologize for the trouble. There was a JS loading problem. That's why you did not manage to enter your forum properly, had loading issue with your chatbox,...

    That should avoid loading pages!

    No this was not an update as such it was more of a change to some settings on our servers to make things run that little bit more faster and to make the systems run at there best.

    My site still having lagging on main Index (scroll of latest topics and chat) and in full editor sometimes also has problems of speed! Sad
