Sorry about the many questions and problems I have today guys.It one of them days.

I have noticed that after looking on my inactive users,I always seem to have a handful of people who has'nt activated their account. So I sent a few emails out and found that some people have'nt actually received the activation post.

Is anyone else aware of this happening and having peoples names sitting in their inactive users panel?

Well I just started here on this server. While among other servers and this happend I would email members(new) and ask if they are interested in participating and if they recieved thier confirmation. If they responded and said they never recieved the email, I would then manually approve them.

I haven't finished my full tour of this control panel but I am sure that you can manually approve them.

Yes you can and I have done so on a couple of members already.

But I hate to email them really,it makes you look kind of desperate. But its only the fact I emailed the few I found out.2 more have joined today and they havent activated and its making me wonder if its done it again.

Hello.

What are the email domain names ? Hotmaiil.com ? AOL.com ? Yahoo.com ?

For Hotmail users, they must look in their spam mail.
AOL addresses must be avoided, they block the activation mails.

So you say you have people using aol addresses...

I recommend you to put a message in the homepage to tell your future members to avoid AOL addresses, and to look in their spam mail folder if they use a Hotmail address.
