How to transfer a single post to the right Forum(theme)

Uh,oh,I've just noticed that my problem has not been solved as I thought!Sorry,but have to start again,since I made my thread solved(closed).

I have posted this here.

I wanted the post  to be transferred in existing forum, but I got this :



Is there a way to put that single post in top one ?(Sorry,I am tired and my English sucks ,so picture can explain better than me   )

What I did wrong?How to prevent this in a future?

You want the post below to be on top ? The post above it looks like it is marked as an announcement. Announcements take precedence over normal topics, so you'll need to modify the state of that topic so it is a normal topic.

To do that, click on the topic and find the link "You can moderate this forum", and click it. That will take you to the modcp, where you can tick the topic and click the "Normal" button to return the topic to a normal state.

If you want the topic below to also be an announcement, just follow the same steps, but instead make it an announcement or sticky.

No,I want to transfer that normal post into Announcement bc it belongs there,it's the same topic .
I wanted to do that on the first place (I transferred it from  wrong Forum(Mathematics),the post is in the right Forum now but as a new theme(topic),now I got double "Interesting links about everything (Nature&Science).

(PS I can copy&paste(&delete),but want to learn AND a student posted it and I want it to stay that way)
