Only the founder can see that section. Did you give him access to the founder account?

You should not give your password out to no one the founders account is for you and you only the other admin should only be added to the tools of there own account.
To be true if you gave your account out to some one else there is not a lot we can do this is down to you and your staff.
To see who made the change to your ACP (Domain) you can see by your own tools

Forum Security go down the page to the bottom you will see what admin did what. But note that if the other admin used your account to make the change the IP address will be there one not yours.
