Adding reputation to mobile theme makes notification & home menu disappear

Hi Frenz,

Today I was trying to add reputation voting in the mobile version. i got it alright in my test forum. However when I added it in actual forum, the notification button & the home menu both disappears. any idea why it's so ? both forums are running on Invision. i have posted the image below for better understanding. Any help will be appreciated.
