I wonder if anyone knows what the font used in this screenshot of 2 different forums? Does the basic structure of the forum is available in Hitskins, etc? And does the images in description are custom-made? If yes, does the code are available to the public?

also if it can't be found on hitskin then the maker of that skin may have full copyright on the forum and then you can't copy anything on that forum you will have to ask them for codes and help.

I can tell you right now that site's hitskin is unique and coded that way from a custom creator. As such, as @APE said, you would need their permission to use anything on it.

Yeah, I know that it might be exclusive to the sites. That's why I limit my questions, like if you know any themes that give you sidebar from the beginning? And if you know the font family being used? Also, if there's a code exists somewhere in this forum that allow you to put images in the description?

The font family being used on that is 'tahoma'.
