Card Display switched to Topic Description

We spent a while getting this code working and one thing I didn't count on was that the members using posting tables will make the Description box look funny. So after a long thinking process, I decided that the code could better target the actual "Topic Description" field when members make their posts so that it shows the text in that field rather than the content of the topic itself. I find this quite useful for topic labeling and participants list if there is a way to extend the character count for the topic description field.
