Background colour: Black
Text Any that is appropiate, with a neon glow behind it
Animation: magifing glass scroling across it, only once when the web page opens
size: see my website in my profilem, same as the one i got now

^^ you should have added the size at the beginning ... it can't be stretched like that ... i'd have to do it from the beginning.
but a 900 resolution banner is not great either... members with lower resolutions on their monitors will have problem. I have seen your site... why do'nt you set you header to be centered??

admin panel-> general-> header -> logo position -> center
it'll look better
