I was browsing through skins and quickly realized Clinton Solidum has skins that look very familiar to me. It seems like some of their skins are using images made by other people. Like shadow skin is a rip off of Shadow Designs v7. Just wanted to make people aware.

you are right this person may have used some items from proboards skin's.

The problem is Forumotion can now import other forums that are PhpBB, PunBB or Invision
so if a member imports their forum to us the skin comes with them so if they make a change to the look then save it then there is no copyright law broken.
