    I realized that this feature takes into account all images. For example, if you are making tutorial post and you put an image of gear (edit in CP), that image will also be shown. That's one flaw I noticed so far.
    It would be nice to have restrictions where you chose category/forum from which images are pulled.

    This is currently in the consideration phase although I cannot guarantee that this option will ever be available.

    Yeah, all good. I am not using this feature anyway. Not saying it's bad. It's good if you are not using tutorial images and stuff like that.
