I'm using a Premium package but it's not being used at all. It's my fault. I can't blame members, but I have 311 days left of premium and was wondering if a partial refund was possible. Basically, can i downgrade back to a free version and get a partial refund for any unused time? If not, I fully understand. If so, please let me know how to proceed. Thank you so much.

The purchase of products and services from forumotion.com entitles the buyer to a right of withdrawal within 15 days of the purchase, unless such products and services have been used in any way.
