    I want to report THE forum to forumotion, that report an abuse button is to report something to the administrators of the forum not forumotion themsleves

    @MistleToe,

    If you made a report at the url https://www.forumotion.com/litigation then a report was sent to our team. But you need to understand a couple things: 1. Our head office is closed on weekends so when a report is filed on a weekend there is zero chance it will be seen until Monday at the earliest (so today). 2. Our head office recieves hundreds, possibly thousands of reports (some legitimate some not) and has to investigate each one. This takes time. Rest assured if there is a TOS violation it will be dealt with as the team deems fit.

    Finally: The team in the head office that handles these matters does not check the Support Forum (their very busy after all) so posting the link repeatedly here won't get your report tended to any faster. You just need to be patient while the process runs its course.

    Hi @Mistletoe STOP right there.
    you have already been told by our staff that we get lot's of reports every day.
    Each report is in the system and we get to them as they come in. I would say we have one member of staff who deals with all of them.

    When you make the reports it will get put to the bottom of the pile for reports.
    We don't just ban a forum on your say so we look over it and think of the best way to deal with your reports.

    We aim to have a report looked at in about a week or two but this is not always postable. Making lots of reports and posting here and other forums will only get you warnings and maybe banned so stop keep making reports to us we will deal with when we can.

    This is your First warning to stop making more reports here.

    Not sure exactly what this message means, but what I can tell you is that if you filed a litigation through the litigation page, then a report was sent to the team in head office who handles such matters and they will investigate and handle the report when they process it, which may take some time. We have millions of forums, so naturally the team receives a lot of reports which take time to sort through.

    Bottom line is, the report will be seen by someone in our head office who will look into it and take whatever action is necessary. All you have to do is be patient while the process plays out.

    @Mistletoe The role of Forumotion, in litigations is to be the mediator between you and the forum that has caused the dispute. We do what we can to fix the problem amicably.

    If you have no news, several weeks after the dispute was sent, it means that the founder of the forum has not answered us either. In this case, if you think you suffer from prejudice, we invite you to contact a lawyer in order to file a complaint with the competent authorities and give legal notice to the founder of the forum.

    Then, after receiving a legal notice (certified letter), Foruactivo will provide the competent authorities with the information requested by law.

    @Mistletoe we have already told you how it works.
    our team will look in to it when they get round to it.

    The support forum can not help you on this matter.

    If you have already made a report on our Declare a Litigation tool then it will be seen when it's seen and they will deal with it when they get to it.

    it can take up to 3 weeks or more.

    As we can't help you more this topic will be closed and locked.

    If you make a new topic it will be closed right away and you may be banned.
