Does forumotion supports number of likes to be shown in profile? Does it even count somewhere? Like total number of likes everywhere?

If you're talking about the likes system that's in the AP - General - Messages and emails - Configuration - Like, unfortunately, there is no counting of likes anywhere.
If talking about the implementation of the counting, it can only be implemented on the server part of the forum, to which there is no access.
