    Hi, I recently just now upgraded to the Advanced package then added the custom domain and it says it validated, but I was wondering when the SSL cert is created because right now. I can't access my forum using the https://my.pureheart.page but only on https://pureheartpage.forumotion.com/

    hello

    sometimes it may take some time for the system to embed your customized domain name (CNAME) into the SSL certificate forumotion provides.

    Keep in mind that on a technical level, each change of site address (especially if purchased externally) requires time for the new certificate to be generated, associated and issued.

    Usually, these times are almost zero (especially because the certificates are automatically regenerated), however in some cases with domains purchased externally it can take longer.

    i suggest you wait until tomorrow
