    Solved External domain error

    Hi all,

    Not long upgraded to an advanced package for https://weareexiles.forumotion.com

    I've created the required cname record via GoDaddy;

    External domain error Godadd10


    Having gone to validate this record via the ACP, I'm greeted by this message.

    External domain error Err10




    Is there something I'm missing?

    The url itself now points to https://weareexiles.com/lander which I'm also confused by.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    EDIT: Resolved by contact webhost to repoint A column to forumotion webhost IP
