Registration problem?

Registration problem with a new member!

- A possible new member, but a correct email will not be accepted by the forum motion system!

- What could be the possible cause of this problem?

Hi,Even if the email is correct, it may be an email that is on the forummotion spam lists.
Then send a private message to a staff with that problem and the email address so they can review it, and they will give you an answer to the problem.

Hi @Poul David Please PM me the Email address the member is trying to use also post the warning this member gets when they try to make the account.

As jucarese has said the email address maybe on our black list if that is the case we can add it to our white list.

Hello @Poul David the good news is our team has put the Email address you gave me on our whitelist.

Please Email / contact them and ask them to try again now.
make sure they clear the browser first before trying.
