What is a singing box? Where would you get it? Usually things like this you can get a website to generate the code for you that you need to use, then you can place that on a custom block and add it to your portal. Or create an html page, put it on there, and link that page from your nav bar. There are a bunch of ways to add it, getting the code for it is the difficult part.
