Post layout

I was wondering if it would be possible for like certain sections of the forum for the first post to have something written in them.
Like a graphcis site rather then them posting and just writing anything when the click new post it opens but has like
name:
colours:
size:
attachments
etc.

Would also be good for the introduction section where new members say hi and could have something like
name:
Kids:
Live
about me
Obviously these can be edited by admin and put on the forums they want.

This sounds like it would save some time, because most posts on certain boards would be like that, and if your post isn't you could just delete this from the text field.
