I have a user that when he tries to register, he is told the username is already in use, but when I search for it, it is not there. When I manually look through my users, there is not one with his email address. Here is what he sent me:

I tried to register with name of rmidgley and email address of rmidgley@umich.edu and received the following:
Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user.
Sorry, but this username has already been taken.
I again tried logging in with these, and it will not accept any of the passwords I usually use. Trying to get you to send my password leads to "The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username."
