Membercreated usergroups

Hey everyone!
Now, i'm the proud owner of a gaming forum.

I've already managed to make it possible for my members to get their own subforums, but something is still lacking.

I think that you should make it possible for users to create usergroups too, and appoint group moderators.

So, for example a member of my forum would maybe be the leader of a clan called "Ad Nauseam" - Then he could make a usergroup called "Ad Nauseam", in which he could tell all his members to join.

Also, if possible, i've seen around the InvisionFree boards that it on those is possible to link usergroups with forums - So when you create an usergroup and go to options, you can choose a forum name & description, and then the forum is automatically setup for you as a sub-forum of a category, or whatever..

So, what do you guys think?
