well i have this suggestion...

every forum have rules right, like one of my rules is 'they must reply more than 20 word if not we will delate or warning them"
So how bout,
we do soemthing like, when they reply less than 20 words they can't submit it... it automatic.
coz sometimes we didn't notice they do wrong. n even we give them warning they still do it..
with tht automatic ranking. it easy...
