    Is there any way to allow only one vote per poll option, i am trying to schedule mettings and want to have the users select from the poll what time slot they want but the results don't show up before someone chooses an option which means more than one person can choose the same time slot. is there any way to work this?

    more then one person will be able to choose the same poll option, yes
    But if you want the user to elaborate on their vote, ask them to post what they voted for as well.
