Attachement and Sound for the FORUM

I have 2 things I wanted to have in my forum:

1. Able to add attachement in your post. The forum is for my clan so its would be nice if we can attach the replays.

2. It would be great if you can hear music while browsing the forum.

Sorry I'm really new with this. But what I want is MUSIC is playing while you browse the FORUM. Please I'm really new at this can you tell me how step by step? Thanks!
