Right Now, We only have Sticky and Announement. I think we should have more special messages like that. Now, I'm not a total forumotion noob, I realize we can change what its called. But I think we should have an option to create more.

For example, I have several RPG forums, one of which is midievel. I want to make things such as stores and stuff so, I could, if this passes, Make a special message saying [Store] The dark merchant.
