    i have the problem that i create a complete new forum. i didnt touch it at all. at the first login to the site the forum is already looked, what can i do?

    Admin Panel>>User & Groups>> User Option>> Make sure you allow new members to register.

    Also Admin Panel>> General>>Confirmation Make sure that your forum is not on contruction or on Holitday
