Request: Black buttons; purple glow; shade&highlight; Folkard font

Hello there!
As in the title, i need some buttons for my forum

As i wrote in the subject, i need the buttons to be black ; To glow in purple(around them% around the text) ; Shade and highlight, to create a 3D effect ; Text with the Folkard font.
I already tried to do them alone but i've failed.
I need the following buttons:

Design : Round Rectangle shape...

I would also like some little icons before the text, on every button, like in this style:

Width : up to 150(if needed) pixels
Height : 30 pixels
Transparency as background : Yes!
Format : GIF(animated or not ; i don't care as long as they look good) - Keeps transparency in every browser.
-Optimized : No
-Greyscale : NO WAY!
-GIF comment : the name of the author and his username

What do you mean? And which is the Folkard font? Give link
And something more... If you want icons you have to give us these icons . It takes time to make the buttons, it would be easier if you helped us with giving us these images .

And, if I make these buttons I will save them us png. It is also trasparent and has better quality of gif.

It doesn't keeps the transparency in Internet Explorer.
And i showed you the images already, i gave a link.
Download the Folkard font from www.cooltext.org or you can also use another COOL horror fonts.

It is not my job (I don't get money for that) so I don't have to do that. But maybe you can find someone else who likes commands to do that

Take an example from the guys on www.hiveworkshop.com ...
They are even 3D modelling or making icons in Photoshop for others, or even doing complicated scripts...
But however... I am not going to bother to ger help anymore...
