Certain Moderator Settings?

Ok now moderators can(as we all know):
Delete Topics
Move Topics
Lock Topics
Split Topics
Merge Topics
and more

But why not make some more settings so a moderator or moderators can't do some stuff.
Like this for example:
Moderators can
Delete Topics
Lock Topics

Global Moderators can
Delete Topics
Move Topics
Lock Topics
Split Topics
Merge Topics

Is this a good idea?

I think they are pretty the same suggestions, but i still voted yes, because i would be happy with any of those 2.
