Solved I want to post a countdown clock on our site but not in the homepage

Post by angel12_12 January 25th 2009, 2:15 am

i would like to post it as a topic so our site can see it in the portal.

which button makes the HTML code visible? because none of the buttons (ie: Flash, Url, video, ect...) are compatible... i want something, that actually counts down, and is in the topic, not just one that you have to click a link to get to.

Please i would REALLY appreciate it if you could help... thank you! Smile

Ok why not just add the html code to the widgets? it will make it visible without clicking on it

If you want it in displayed in a thread, then that's up to you; but I would go with what WeTheGreenPeople recommened .
To outcome what you mentioned, you must enable HTML in both the admin panel and in your profile ;

Admin Panel

Admin Panel >

General tab >

Messages and emails >

Scroll down to where it says to enable HTML, and select Yes.Save the settings afterwards.

Profile

Profile tab (displayed on the NavBar) >

Preferences >

Scroll down to where it mentions allowing HTML, and select Yes. Save the settings afterwards.

I would recommend making an announcement to you members on how to enable their HTML in their profiles, so they will be able to view any HTML source Wink.

Hope this helps,
