topic characters not long enough

Hello. I am having difficulties trying to get a topic to show more than 10 characters. It sais on my board that it only allows up to 10 characters. Well certainly i can change that but i can't seem to find it. Please enlighten me as to how to do this. Please thanks

I know i need to have patience.. lol but it aint easy..
really can't understand whey when i want to start a topic i can't get past 10 characters long

Go to admin panel, general, messages and email,


You can change the topic length there.

I know that was a silly question for some of you..
but thisis the first time i used this server... I am used to invisionfree..
getting to know another server is testing my patience
