Would you like full customisation of your header menu?
The menu in the header
I'd like to get rid of some of the menu items, such as FAQ, search, memberlist, usergroups as I could easily link to them in the announcements page. That way I could remove them, and put more useful items up there.
is this possible, and if not, can it ever be possible?

Re: The menu in the header
I in no way meant that they shouldn't be there, just an option to delete them/remove them for admins manually so they can choose what is up there. I would start a thread in the announcement forum and link to them there for people who actually need them, which is not many I think.

Re: The menu in the header
Easy to do this.
First go Display => Homepage => Headers & Navigation
Display only images in the link bar : YES
now it's all blank,right?
Then go Display => Pictures and colors => pics management
Easy mode - Advanced Mode
Click on advanced mode.
Scroll down to Home or anything else and in the URL place write Index or any other words.

Re: The menu in the header
The problem with that is I have links to other sites, including my other site, so i need both the names of them and the images.
Even if it was an extra box in each menu item saying display in menu, which you could then check/uncheck at will, that would be great.
I just want to take the 4 I mentioned down, so I can put more links up there and not have a massive menu.
thank you for your bananarama vote though . . . lol

Re: The menu in the header
What the hell. I read the first post in this thread but I couldn't decide if this thread was a suggestion or a support request.

Re: The menu in the header
It is possible by modifying templates.

Re: The menu in the header
Don't think I am, and I don't know how to modify templates. Rather just a simple check/uncheck option, don't really know why it doesn't have one already/
