Solved Avatar Request

I'd like a wacky kind of avatar. I can't describe with the graphic commander, I already tried. Razz However, I can supply this info...

Size: 150 X 200 or 150 X 150
Text: C0R3 P0W3R
With the text, I'd like it to be like a blue and light blue gradient in it.
And make the background dazzling. Spice it up with some awesome GFX power!

2: Add a black border.
