    Solved Referral??

    Is there a way for admin to know how each member was referred? Is there a box when members sign up that they can put who referred them to the forum? We're about to do a referral contest on our forum and not sure how to keep tabs on who has the most referrals. Thanks!

    You can make a profile field
    plain text
    Set it to be obligatory that when someone signs up they have to put in the name.
    You would have to go collect the info tho. there isn't a setting that will send it to you.

    Go into users and groups>> profiles
    scroll down and click the green + to add new profie field.
    choose text type field


    as for collecting the info,
    I suppose you will just have to go through and look at the members profiles
